Privacy Policy

Effective 15 September 2026

(A) Who we are

This Policy is issued by Amusing Management FZE, a free zone establishment registered with the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority under licence L-2438, Premises 14.E Maktabi, Floor 18, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Amusing”, “we”, “us”). We operate the website https://cobursa.com, including the Cobursa AI Compute Buildout Model at https://cobursa.com/model (together, the “Site”).

This Policy is addressed to visitors of the Site and to individuals who contact us, request access to our tools, or interact with us on behalf of an organisation (“you”).

(B) What we collect

Data you give us. When you request access to the model or send us a message, we collect what you enter: your email address, a LinkedIn profile or X handle, and, if you provide them, your name, firm and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically. When you use the Site, our hosting and analytics providers record technical data: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and the analytics built into our hosting platform, Ploy.

Data stored on your device. After you unlock the model, a small flag is stored in your browser’s local storage so that you are not asked again on the same device. It contains the date and the email you entered and is never read by anyone but your browser. Analytics providers may set cookies as described in section (G).

We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

(C) Why we use it and on what basis

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.

(D) Who receives it

We share personal data only with providers that process it for us under contract: Ploy (website hosting, form submissions and site analytics), Google (Google Analytics 4), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), and the email and calendar services we use to communicate with you. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation or a competent authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

(E) International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers process data in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, we rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

(F) How long we keep it

We keep access-request and contact data for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s settings (14 months for Google Analytics 4). You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

(G) Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions; you can block them in your browser or through Google’s opt-out tools. The model’s unlock flag lives in local storage and can be removed through your browser’s site-data settings. The Site works without cookies; blocking them only means you may be asked to enter your details again.

(H) Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority: the UAE Data Office under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, or your local authority if you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom. To exercise a right, email us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

(I) Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we require the same from our providers. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us information you consider confidential unless we have agreed a secure channel.

(J) Changes

We may update this Policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
